Photo below: I pinched off the bottom two leafs. You can see where the roots are starting to swell on the stem.
Photo below: I planted the slip up to the first set of leafs and watered well.

Other garden news. I planted my first set of bush beans, pole beans and chard seeds in the green house today as well as some more pumpkins for the Haven House Garden. All the tomatoes and basil were potted up yesterday. Everything will be planted out in the garden in the next two weeks.
